Rise@AG
Rise to your potential. Rise with AG.

At Analysis Group, we provide our clients with thoughtful, pragmatic solutions to their most challenging business and litigation problems. Analysis Group is one of the largest private economics consulting firms, with more than 1,500 professionals across 15 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. Since 1981, we have provided expertise in economics, finance, health care analytics, and strategy to top law firms, Fortune Global 500 companies, and government agencies worldwide. Our internal experts, together with our network of affiliated experts from academia, industry, and government, offer our clients exceptional breadth and depth of expertise.

At AG we value diversity, collaboration, and building an equitable and inclusive community. We are thrilled to offer this summer externship to support academically curious rising juniors (graduating in either winter 2026 or spring 2027) who are interested in using data to solve complex problems and who self-identify as members of a historically underrepresented racio-ethnic group, including people who identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latinx, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Native American or Alaska Native.

This innovative week-long program is designed to introduce you to the life of an economic consultant. We welcome all academic backgrounds and experience levels. You will have opportunities to develop your analytical toolkit, practice your interview skills, network with AG consultants, and attend social events. You will work alongside your peers on a mock case experience, shadow an AG analyst, and build relationships for future mentoring opportunities.

The Rise@AG externship will be held in-person in our Boston office from Monday, August 18 through Friday, August 22. While the program will be hosted in Boston, you will have the opportunity to interview with your first office preference from any of our 9 US offices. All costs will be covered including travel, accommodation, meals, etc. for the week-long Externship.

At the end of the program, summer externs will have the opportunity to have a final round interview for a 2026 summer internship offer. As a summer analysts AG, interns will be introduced to economic consulting and work on complex business problems across various industries and practice areas, collaborating with case teams, professors, legal counsel and clients. At the end of the internship, interns are assessed for full-time Analyst positions within their respective office locations. Full-time Analysts benefit from robust professional development opportunities, including support for those pursuing graduate school.
