About the Summer Analyst Position:
As a summer analyst, you have the opportunity to work on complex business problems within an inclusive and collaborative environment. Summer Analysts may work on multiple projects at a time across various practice areas and industries. Responsibilities may include:

We seek candidates who are pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree focus in accounting, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects graduating in winter 2026 or summer 2027. The ideal candidate will possess:
Applicants must have at least a 3.3 GPA or higher in their most recent degree to be considered. Analysis Group will provide immigration support to qualified candidates with STEM degrees. Analysis Group does sponsor work authorization for full-time roles; however, we do not offer sponsorship for internship positions. Applicants must have existing authorization (such as CPT or OPT) to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
At the end of the internship, summer analysts will be evaluated for a full-time analyst offer in the office that their internship takes place. Should you receive and accept an offer to join Analysis Group full-time, we are invested in professional development and growth and provide multidimensional support for analysts who plan to apply to graduate school. After a few years with the firm, analysts often attend top M.B.A., J.D., Ph.D., or other advanced degree programs. Analysis Group provides financial sponsorship to high-performing analysts interested in pursuing a full-time degree and returning to Analysis Group, or a part-time degree while continuing to work at the firm. Analysts who join Analysis Group with advanced degrees have the opportunity to progress to the associate level and beyond.
